Dear Customers,

We hope you are keeping well during these unprecedented times. We are able to continue to work safely within current government guidelines so are still processing orders and posting them as quickly as we can subject to some restrictions.

Our opening hours for telephone orders & email enquiries remain Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm. If you prefer to place your order by phone or just fancy a chat, we welcome your calls and look forward to hearing from you. If you wish to discuss Toika or Ashford looms or equipment please get in touch.

We are well stocked and continue to add new products to the website. We have now added a few sizes of Texsolv heddles, Texsolv beam and tie up cord available by the metre as well as both types of Texsolv pegs. We have 8 new colours in our very popular 20/2 Silk. We still have a limited number of Ashford Rigid Heddles with free postage. We still have new yarns, new colours and more equipment to put in the shop.

Some of our suppliers are closed or have suspended deliveries. This means that we cannot restock some items as quickly as we would normally expect. Please phone or email if you have a question about availability of particular products or want to discuss alternatives.

Our local sorting office are working to revised opening hours, and we are unable to post while they are closed. We are currently posting at 8:30am on Monday, Thursday and Friday of each week. We aim to post orders placed by 6pm on the next scheduled posting day. We generate an email to you once we have dropped your parcel at the sorting office. 

Because of restrictions and delays in deliveries we are temporarily unable to serve customers outside of the UK.

We understand that recieving your order so you can get on with a project is important in these difficult times. We know from the messages of thanks and support that you send us that you appreciate our efforts to get your orders processed and ready to be posted to you as quickly as we can. Thank you for your messages and for your continuing support. We do appreciate it.
