In this section of the shop you will find different makes and counts of yarn all made from cottoline, a mixture of cotton and linen fibre in various proportions. There are several different counts, dyed and natural yarns that can be used in many different ways. Cottoline has the extra absorbency associated with linen.
Out of stockThis yarn is made with one end of natural linen and one end of natural cotton slub. The result is a lovely textured yarn with in a soft natural marled shade. Used as a weft against a finer cotton, cottoline or linen warp it should make super absorbent towels for drying hands or dishes that will be slightly thicker than those made entirely from a finer count. If towels aren't your thing it would make lovely cloth to turn into clothing. It can also be dyed using dyes suitable for cellulose fibres. Learn More
